We are amazingly complex beings and if we develop any pain, stress, anxiety, disease, fear or addiction we need to find harmony and balance in all of the systems that comprise our body, mind and soul if we are to find true healing as opposed to a temporary fix.  
 
It is accepted thinking that to cure any malaise we just need to take a pill, and to console our anxieties and fear we eat more comfort foods and escape into our fantasy worlds, and to suppress our emotional pain we drink more alcohol, smoke or take drugs.  When experiencing conflict, we often fall back on one or all of the above on a regular basis.  On some level we know that this is not working for us, but we believe that the above is far easier than addressing all the underlying aspects that influence our suffering.  This belief is a huge misunderstanding and disservice to the magnificent you. This lifestyle greatly impacts our bodies ability to maintain a healthy and responsive immune system.
 
During this time of a global pandemic it is essential that we understand how to support and strengthen our immunity, as those with a compromised wellbeing are the most vulnerable.  Using applied Kinesiology and structured intuition, BodyTalk Practitioners can identify what deep seated beliefs and fears impact your wellbeing.  The more we can know ourselves within the more we understand that we:
  • Have a choice, 
  • are deeply loved, 
  • are okay,
  • are safe,  
  • have the power and responsibility to manifest a more empowering, loving and abundant life.  
 
Clients are taught tapping and visualization techniques so they can help themselves during times of stress.   During sessions the Practitioner helps your cells, organs, endocrines, 11 systems of the body (Cardiac, Digestive, Urinary, etc.) body parts, energy systems (Meridians, Chakras, Wei Qi etc), different levels of consciousness, soul, hereditary aspects and environmental aspects to balance and harmonize.  The more we can reduce the stress in our bodies the more our bodies can move out of fight and flight and shift into rest and digest.
 
 The BodyTalk System is a non-invasive healing technique based on Eastern and Western medicinal sciences, yogic principles, applied kinesiology and quantum physics. The you you are now is shaped by the sum of all your histories. Your lifestyle, worldview, genetics, emotional and physical experiences and all of the choices you have made throughout your life have an impact on the communication between the different parts of your body. 

Each BodyTalk Session is personalised to your body's highest priority:
  • By addressing the bigger picture of your health, not just the symptoms but the multifaceted causes of your physical and emotional wellbeing, and
  • By allowing your body to draw attention to what most needs to be adjusted,
sessions can give you the awareness of what you need to shift and change so that you can step into your full wellness and potential.
